The staff from Aurélien's school can't wait to run to support research!!

The foundation 101 Genomes was created almost 10 years by Aurélien's parents, because they realised that treatments were possible for their son's rare disease (Marfan syndrome) and other rare diseases, but that researchers direly lacked the necessary tools to get there.

So, over the past decade, they got to work and have accomplished more in this field than public institutions, through grit, self-funding and donations: a biobank to collect and analyse genomic samples, a genomic cloud to digitize analysis results, and a dynamic digital consent process for research participants. And they are only getting started.

As it turns out the study of rare diseases also leads to cures for very common ones, which affect us all.

To get there, financing is always needed. So let's help them help us all!
